What payment methods do you accept?

We use the Stripe payment service. It supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Discover cards. Customers on the Enterprise plan can use bank transfers (ACH/wire).

Do subscription plans have a minimum contract?

Activechat plans are monthly or annually with no contract. You can cancel or change the plan at any time. Enterprise contracts and custom pricing models may have different terms.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

Yes, we encourage non-profit organizations to use Activechat. Contact us for more details.

What happens to my project if my subscription expires?

If your payment fails, we will let you know and try it again in a few days. If that does not help, your project will be put on hold. That means, your human agents will not be able to respond to chats and automated responses will be disabled. Your data will be kept safe for 3 months, and you’ll be able to resubscribe at any moment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your Team and Company plans will automatically renew until you cancel them. You can cancel the plan at any time by clicking the ‘Reduce to On Hold’ button on the Billing page. Bear in mind that this will disable your project, but the data will be kept safe for 3 months during which you can re-subscribe.
