In a constant effort to deliver a better experience for our customers who use Activechat to improve and automate their customer service, we’ll be introducing some changes to our pricing schedule soon. Starting on September 1st, 2021, the free plan will be deprecated and bots on this plan will stop responding to users. All data collected by these bots will be archived and available for download upon request until September 30th, 2021.
We appreciate the fact that you’re using Activechat so we encourage you to switch to one of our paid plans on a recurring basis or purchase the perpetual license which will give you lifetime access to all features of the Team plan with up to 10 live chat seats for a single payment of $490 per bot, 10 live chat agent seats included.
Please note that these changes do not affect any features of the lifetime deal purchased on AppSumo in 2019, and we’ll keep the bots on “Appsumo” and “Appsumo Unlimited” plans up and running forever.
