You should always track actual conversations that your chatbot is having with your audience. Exploring users conversations history will help you keep the conversations healthy and find dead-ends and add new bot features. Also, watching the growth of user list is entertaining by itself 😁
All of this can be achieved in the list of your bot users. Just go to Users tab in bot Settings.
