Exploring users conversations history

You should always track actual conversations that your chatbot is having with your audience. Exploring users conversations history will help you keep the conversations healthy and find dead-ends and add new bot features. Also, watching the growth of user list is entertaining by itself 😁

All of this can be achieved in the list of your bot users. Just go to Users tab in bot Settings.

You can sort the table by clicking on column headers – this is particularly useful to check most recent conversations, find users that are slipping away and check user activity.

When you click on the user in the table, complete conversation history appears on the right, showing every message, button or quick reply that was sent in the conversation. Please note *woo* messages from the bot – these are dynamic galleries that are rendered from e-commerce APIs.

This option is available only on Starter and higher plans.
