What happens after the purchase?

There are three basic steps after you purchase the license.

  1. We will contact you and arrange a phone call to check your requirements and do some pre-arrangements.
  2. We will install the system remotely on your server or in your private cloud.
  3. We will teach you how to use the platform.

After the initial installation, there is very little to do to operate the software. We will provide you with an extensive set of technical documentation and video tutorials on every aspect of the platform – from live chat to large language models and integrations. 

Are there any hidden or recurring costs?

After the initial license fee, there are no recurring or hidden costs to use the software. The operating costs will depend on the volume of conversations for your projects but are generally quite low – some Activechat projects even use free private cloud plans.

In case you need assistance with the custom development of your project, we can offer a variety of development services or can put you in touch with our network of certified Activechat developers worldwide. 


Can I purchase the license and host my project at your server?

Currently we offer on-premise and private cloud installations only.

Managed hosting plans will be available for Activechat in 2024.

What do I need to run the software?

Activechat can be run in your private cloud account (you can get one from Google, Amazon, DigitalOcean, and many other providers) or on your dedicated server located within your company network.  

Do you offer non-profit discounts?
